Days 1-25: you get a live staging URL on day one and a portal with the full timeline. Short async updates as features land. Zero status meetings.
Go live on day 30
Deployed to your own accounts, connected to your domain and email, and actually working in the real world - not a demo on my laptop.
Keep momentum (or don't)
Clean handoff: every key in your name, my access removed, signed record to prove it. Then stay on as a Build Partner for a flat monthly rate, or walk away free. Your call.
