Fixed scope. Fixed price. Actually shipped.

Scope first. Always.
The number one thing that wrecks software projects is a moving target. We kill that on day one with a written scope.
Scope it
We agree the exact result up front - features, what's out, who owns what - in a one-page scope you sign off on before any code. No moving targets.
Build it
I build on one proven stack, fast, with regular check-ins so you always see progress. Fixed price means no surprise invoices.
Ship it
Deployed, connected to your domain and email, and actually working in the real world - not a demo on my laptop.
Own it
Clean handoff: every account transferred to you, every key rotated, and my access removed - with a signed record proving it. Keep Priority Support on if you want me a message away.
The stack
One proven stack on every build, so it ships faster and stays cheap to run.
Questions, answered.
Do I pay for hosting and services?
Usually you own and pay for your own infrastructure directly (Vercel, Neon, Stripe, etc.) - it's your asset and I never front your bills. Prefer to stay hands-off? Priority Support can include managed hosting with infra billed straight through, no markup.
How does payment work?
Simple and predictable: 70% up front once we sign off on the scope, and the final 30% when the work is delivered and you formally accept it. Fixed price agreed in writing first - no hourly billing, no surprise invoices.
Do I actually own what you build?
Completely. At handoff every account is transferred into your name, every API key is rotated, and my access is removed - documented in a signed handoff record. No lock-in, no hostage code. Any developer can pick it up because I build on standard, well-documented patterns.
What if I'm not technical at all?
That's the normal case. I handle the deploy, the domain, the email, all of it. You get something that works and a plain-English explanation of how to use it.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. We agree the scope in writing first, and that's the price. If you want to add things later, that's a new, separately quoted piece of work.
Can you fix or take over an existing site/app?
Often, yes. Start a project and describe what you have - I'll tell you honestly whether it's worth fixing or rebuilding.
How do we start?
Use the 'Start a project' button. It walks you through a few questions, recommends a tier, and sends me the details so our first conversation starts with a plan instead of a blank page.
